4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement.
Codran IT reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances after providing written notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
